"In just 21 days, Dahlia helped me uncover my courage,
confidence, and connection, empowering me to step into a new realm of emotional mastery and self-discovery. I wish I had met her 25 years ago! Working with Dahlia was like coming home to my true self."
— S.B., MBA, Financial Advisor
"Dahlia helped me break through emotional blockages unlike any other coach I've worked with. Because of our work, I feel far less afraid to face the darker parts of myself."

THE PROBLEM
Something needs to change. What you're doing with love isn't working.
Any of this sound familiar?
-
You’re doing great at work, but you can’t seem to figure out relationships.
-
You’re tired of being alone and long for "the one".
-
You’re in a relationship, but you feel blocked, shut down, triggered, or unable to communicate what’s really happening inside.
-
You spent years building a career, and somehow that success hasn't translated into skills that work with your partner(s) when things get hard.
You may have thoughts like:
“I don't know how to give them what they want.”
“I'm not even sure what I want”
“I can't feel emotions.”
“I want to be kinder to myself.”
“I’m afraid of my sexual desire. I want to be less afraid in love.”
“I just want more peace and acceptance in my life.”
People come to me who are finally ready to go to the deeper places.

Outcomes
From our work together, you might:
-
Get more confidence. More self acceptance, self love. A greater sense that it’s okay to be who you are.
-
Connect better with the people you love. Know how to communicate. Have better intimacy. More shared joy. More meaningful moments with loved ones.
-
Feel more emotions. More access to emotions, tears, desires, and what’s actually happening inside.
- Cultivate a kinder inner voice. Develop an internal source of compassion and support that carries into everyday life.
-
Become less afraid of or uncomfortable with the parts of you've struggled with. More courage to meet anger, sexuality, desire, need, vulnerability, and other “darker” parts with curiosity and love rather than shame or rejection.
-
Find more space and choice when things get hard. Instead of being overwhelmed or automatically reacting, there is more room to slow down, understand what’s happening, and choose what comes next.
-
Find hope again. A growing sense that life can be organized differently—to create a life that feels more like yours.
-
Greater ease in everyday life. Develop internal supports, tools, and a deeper relationship with yourself that you can draw on everywhere.

"The way I can connect with others especially in moments of vulnerability — has transformed. I can already sense stepping into my full potential, reclaiming my power and owning my desires in a way that feels aligned and real."
— M.R., Facilitator & Coach, Bali
"I will forever carry her voice in the quiet places of my life — the part of me that now knows: I am seen, I am worthy, I am whole."
— C.D., Florida
CORE SKILLS
How We Build a Love That Works
Many of us learned how to be successful at work: to achieve, build, and solve problems. But life didn't set us up for success, to know the tools to create deep, fulfilling relationships.
Together, we'll explore core skills that help you know yourself, express yourself, and connect more deeply with another person to have the relationship you want. They might look like:
01
DISCOVER
-
Feel — Know what's actually happening inside you, rather than analyzing, suppressing, or shutting it down.
-
Want — Discover what you actually desire, need, and enjoy.
-
Accept — Become less afraid of the parts of yourself that feel intolerable. You don't have to hide and fight of yourself to be a good person.
02
EXPRESS
-
Express — Feel deeply while taking responsibility for how you act. Learn to work with anger, sexuality, vulnerability, desire, and other powerful parts of yourself without needing to suppress them or act them out.
-
Reveal — Let yourself be known, even when you can't guarantee how someone will respond.
-
Communicate — Put your feelings, desires, needs, and boundaries into words another person can actually hear.
03
RELATE
-
Stay — Remain present when things get uncomfortable. Listen without disappearing, fixing, defending, or abandoning yourself.
-
Repair — Learn how to navigate conflict, take responsibility, reconnect, and find your way back to each other.
-
Give & Receive — Learn to care for another person without overextending yourself or becoming resentful—and learn to receive love without needing to earn it, control it, or immediately give something back.
04
COME ALIVE
-
Embody — Bring your whole self into relationship: your body, sexuality, pleasure, desire, tenderness, and aliveness.
THE METHOD
What you can expect
We start with what’s happening in your life right now.
From there, we slow down and explore what’s underneath it. You might work with a feeling, a pattern, a part of yourself, or something you’re struggling to understand. We use somatic and parts-based practices to help you soften into what’s happening—not just think about it.
We then bring the new discoveries back into your life. You might leave with a fresh perspective, a practice to integrate, or a specific experiment for the week ahead.
I draw from somatic psychology, IFS and parts work, Gestalt, meditation, breathwork, trauma-informed approaches, embodiment, and relational work. I choose what’s useful for you rather than following a set formula.
Sometimes the work is learning to feel what you’ve been disconnected from. Sometimes it’s meeting a part of yourself you’ve learned to judge or suppress. Sometimes it’s figuring out what you actually want.
My job isn’t to tell you who to be. It’s to help you hear yourself more clearly.
You leave with more self-understanding, greater self-acceptance, and something you can actually take into your life.
This is for you if...
You recognize yourself in any of these:
→ “I’m doing great at work. but can’t figure out relationships.” You know how to succeed, but intimacy leaves you stuck, uncertain, or disconnected.
→ “I want to date myself. I want to be kinder to myself.” You want to be kinder to yourself and feel more at home in your own mind and body.
→ “I don’t know what I want. I feel shut down.” You understand yourself intellectually, but struggle to access your emotions, desires, or inner knowing.
→ “I need to be in touch with my emotions.” You want to feel more connected to yourself, and more available to the people you love.
→ “I’m afraid of my sexual desire. I want to be less afraid in love." You may fear your sexuality, anger, intensity, or need—and want to know you can be fully yourself without losing love.
→ “I need to heal. I just want more peace and acceptance in my life.” You’re tired of fighting yourself and repeating patterns you don’t understand. You’re ready to meet yourself with more compassion.
→ “I want to be okay being me—and know that being fully myself doesn’t mean I’ll lose love.”
This may not be for you if...
× You want someone else to fix your relationship. This work asks you to get curious about your own patterns, needs, choices, and impact.
× You want to stay entirely in your head. We can think deeply together, but lasting change asks you to feel, experience, and practice something different—not just understand it.
× You want someone to tell you exactly what to do. I’ll offer perspective, tools, and guidance, but I won’t prescribe who you should be or how your relationship should look.
× You need clinical care rather than coaching. Coaching can complement therapy, but it isn't a substitute for treatment when you're in acute crisis or need a level of clinical support beyond what coaching provides.
× You’re not ready to turn toward yourself. This work asks for curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to experiment and take small steps toward what’s difficult.
× You don't have a desire. This method works best when you're bringing something you'd like to achieve, shift, or resolve.

"With each session, there was at least one point where what felt like such simple yet profound questions from her led me to deep revelations about myself that led me to tears of gratitude."
— T.L., Facilitator, Business Owner, Oregon
"I came in thinking I would just get a few tools, but what I got was deep shifts and seeds planted for more. I feel more grounded, clear, and confident in who I am, both in my personal understandings as well as my role as a facilitator. "
— M.R., Facilitator & Coach, Bali

Why Me
I'VE LIVED THIS PATH.
I know what it's like to succeed on the outside while knowing something important is missing inside.
I grew up in a culture where needs were never spoken and desire was something to be ashamed of. Vulnerability was weakness. Performance was rewarded. Real connection was scarce. I've lived through fundamentalism, marriage, divorce, the death of parents, and Fortune 500 leadership.
Over the last decade, I immersed myself in the study and practice of embodiment, relationships, emotional healing, sexuality, and transformational work.
My training includes 600 hours of VITA Coaching, somatic and embodiment work, IFS and Gestalt, breathwork, meditation, TRE, trauma-informed approaches, ICF-based Hudson coaching, attachment and relational work, tantra, Taoist qigong (based on Mantak Chia), Osho, dance, Authentic Relating, Circling and other practices.
But more than anything, I've spent years learning how to meet the parts of myself I once wanted to hide.
That's the work I offer you.
A place where you don't have to perform, have all the answers, or hide the parts of yourself that are difficult to understand.
You can slow down. Get honest. Feel what's here. And begin to find your own way forward.
Because you don't need to become someone else to be worthy of love.

"A 'human whisperer' — she gently coaxes the parts of you
that have been damaged by the crueler parts of life into the light,
and surrounds them with a kind of tenderness that I previously thought reserved for divine beings."
— C.D., Florida
"My work with Dahlia was incredibly potent and beautiful. I have not experienced anything in the past like what she offered!"
— T.L., Facilitator, Business Owner, Oregon

HOW CHANGE HAPPENS
My Signature Method
Real change begins with support and tools to turn toward what's happening inside with enough awareness, compassion, and skill that something new becomes possible, as a natural unfolding emerges.

01 — See
The first thing that shifts is being witnessed. Not analyzed, not advised — simply seen. Fully, without flinching. We pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, sensations, patterns, desires, to understand what's here.
For many men, this is the first time any part of them — even the parts they’ve been most ashamed of — has been met with complete acceptance. Something in the nervous system settles. The performance softens. You start to exhale.

02 — Love
From that experience of being seen, something else becomes possible. Shame loosens. The inner critic quiets — not because you’ve argued it down, but because you’ve been loved in the places it told you were unloveable.
You begin to sense, in your body, that you deserve what you’ve been longing for. That your needs are not too much. That your desire is not wrong.

03 — Explore
Bring curiosity, compassion, and loving presence to the parts of yourself you've learned to reject.
We explore the beliefs, experiences, and protective patterns underneath what's happening.
Rather than asking, “How do I get rid of this part of me?”
we ask:
“What is this part trying to do for me?”
You begin to experience yourself as someone you can trust and care for—even when you discover something difficult.

04 — Transform into Wholeness
Create a new relationship with what you've discovered.
You don't have to exile your anger, sexuality, vulnerability, needs, or desire in order to be a good person. You learn to hold these parts with greater acceptance, take responsibility for them, and choose how you want to express them.
Over time, the scattered parts of you — the ones you’ve hidden, suppressed, or been at war with — start to find their way home. Not fixed. Not improved. Integrated.

05 — Live it
Bring what you've discovered into your actual life.
We practice new ways of communicating, relating, setting boundaries, navigating conflict, receiving love, and expressing desire. The goal isn't a breakthrough inside a coaching session.
You leave carrying something that's genuinely yours:
A quieter mind.
A steadier heart.
A felt sense that you are enough.
More choice.
More self-trust.
More connection.
More peace.
More joy.
More capacity for love.
This is how insight becomes lived change.

"Working with Dahlia has been nothing short of transformative. I've connected with parts of myself that previously felt inaccessible, and I felt genuinely seen and cared for throughout the process."
— K.A., Oregon
"I walked into the session feeling overwhelmed and left feeling confident, calm, and at peace. The powerful, non-judgmental space you created, along with your grounded presence and breathwork, helped me release the pain and gain clarity.”
— S.V., Belgium
